Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund.

Opened products may be eligible for a 50% refund at our discretion. All returns must be in original packaging and are subject to inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
