Return Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must have been delivered within the last 7 days
• Proof of purchase is required
• Product must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Opened Products
Opened products or products returned with broken seals will not be refunded.

Final Sale Items
Sample packs and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@supplementsbyshaunt.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are set by the shipping carrier and not by Supplements by Shaun T. International shipping costs are typically higher due to carrier fees, customs handling, and regional delivery charges.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.

International Returns
International orders follow the same return policy; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all international returns.

Customs Restrictions
We are not responsible for customs restrictions, import regulations, or seizures in countries outside the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are permitted for import. If an order is seized or refused by customs, refunds will only be issued if the products are returned to us in original condition per the return policy.

Chargebacks
